視力が変わってきました。
検眼して下さい。
眼鏡とコンタクトレンズの両方、処方して下さい。
この保険は効きますか。
コンタクトに保険は効きますか。
この眼鏡は７、８年使っています。
この眼鏡は遠くがよく見えます。
この眼鏡で近くを見るとぼやけてよく見えません。
眼鏡なしで手元の細かい字がよく見えます。
肉眼で３０センチくらい（１２インチ）から先が見えません。
コンピューターの画面に焦点を合わせて眼鏡を作りたいんですが。
遠近両用眼鏡はあまり気が進みません。。。
クラクラしそうで。。。
どんな種類のコンタクトが私に合いますか。
私の場合、どうすれば一番いいでしょうか。 お任せします。

I’ve been using this pair of eyeglasses for 7 to 8 years.
With these glasses, I can see well far off things.
With these glasses, things up close get blurred.
I can read small letters at hand without glasses.
Without glasses, I can’t see anything beyond 12 inches (about 30 centimeters).
I would like to have a pair of glasses that focuses on a computer screen.
I hesitate to have bifocals.
I am afraid that they will make me dizzy.
What kinds of contact lenses are good for me?
Which, glasses or contact lenses, do you recommend?
What is the best option for me? I leave it up to your decision.
